1/4 cup Thai tea leaves
16 oz cream cheese, room temp
3/4 cup caster sugar
3 large eggs, room temp
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 465°F and line a 6-inch pan with parchment.
- Heat cream and steep Thai tea for 10 minutes. Strain and cool.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one by one.
- Mix in cornstarch and vanilla. Slowly pour in Thai tea cream.
- Pour batter into pan. Bake 25 minutes until burnt top forms.
- Cool in oven 10 minutes, then chill at least 4 hours before serving
