This homemade peach crisp is sweet, buttery, and bursting with summer flavor.
Ingredients

6 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup oats
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, cold and cubed
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix sliced peaches with lemon juice, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and vanilla.
- Pour fruit into a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly.
- Spread topping evenly over peaches.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Cool slightly. Serve warm with ice cream.

- Best served warm with ice cream. Stores for 4 days in the fridge.
